Frankie is a dancer, fitness instructor, performer and personal trainer. This woman is on a mission to put the fun back into fitness & dance! She develops interesting, innovative and unique content to bring life and vibrancy back into dance and fitness. One of her main aims is to make people feel confident, and her workouts are famous for fun, smiles and giggles.
Frankie’s 80s Dance Workshop will be a combination of dance aerobics, body conditioning and stretching. It is an all over workout that is suitable for all levels of dance & fitness. Frankie will bring a dressing up box full of leotards, leg-warmers and sweatbands to really get people in the mood. This workshop is guaranteed to make you sweat and make you smile!
