Get ready to sweat and get ready to smile in this nostalgic, up-tempo dance workout. Frankie Friday is on a mission to put the fun back into fitness. Her workshops are famous for fun, smiles and giggles, and inclusivity and positivity are at the heart of what she does. One of her main aims is to make people feel confident and at ease whilst getting fit. Music is also at the forefront of Frankie’s sessions, and you will only hear tunes that really make you want to get up and MOVE!
