Flower Power Silent Disco Workshop

With festival season approaching, Flower Power has hit Antidote London with a time-warp workshop that will take you back to the 60s for a twist and shout music.  (Re)Discover the era of loud prints and groundbreaking music and get ready to sweat and smile in this hits mash up. Claudia from Nobody’s Watching will take you on a silent disco journey through the most iconic musical moments of 60s and 70s Flower Power movement. You’ll fully immerse yourself in the 60s, learn some groovy dance moves and use your imagination in improv dance games. The workshop will be facilitated for the first half and you’ll then have time to freestyle dance for the remaining time. Nobody’s Watching  organises uplifting silent disco experiences that will keep you fit and leave you in a contagiously good mood.  All levels welcome, no previous dance experience required. The dance moves will be easy to pick up and the focus is on having fun.
